✈️ Nearest Airports
Chicago is served by two major airports. Exact distances will be updated when the venue is confirmed.
- O'Hare International Airport (ORD) — Chicago's primary international hub, approx. 17 miles northwest of downtown. Blue Line CTA train connects directly to downtown (~45 min).
- Midway International Airport (MDW) — Smaller regional airport, approx. 10 miles southwest of downtown. Orange Line CTA train connects to downtown (~30 min).
🚕 Ground Transportation
- CTA Train (L): Chicago's elevated rail system connects both airports to downtown and most neighborhoods. Blue Line from ORD, Orange Line from MDW. $5 fare.
- Rideshare (Uber / Lyft): Available at both airports. ORD to downtown ~$35–55, MDW to downtown ~$25–40 depending on traffic.
- Convention Shuttle: A shuttle may be arranged between the hotel and airports. Details to follow once finalized.
- Rental Car: All major rental agencies available at both airports. Note: downtown parking in Chicago can be expensive ($40–60/day).
- Public Transit: Chicago's CTA bus and train network provides extensive coverage. The Ventra app (iOS/Android) makes fare payment easy.
